The BAME Apprentice Network has been designed to support apprentices and those looking to take up an apprenticeship. We do this in a number of different ways through mentoring, workshops and peer to peer networking. We also have a specialist job board where you can find various apprenticeship vacancies.
We support apprentices to ensure that they find the right vacancy and continue to support candidates in further support. We work with you to develop skills, meet other apprentices and most of all develop your professional skills.
Throughout the year the BAME Apprentice Network will run a series of networking events to allow apprentices within our community to meet other apprentices. Our social events are a fantastic opportunity to meet likeminded people and build some long-lasting relationships.
The Festival of Apprenticeships is a roadshow exhibition promoting and celebrating all things apprenticeships. More than just a careers fair or conference, the event is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to find out more about apprenticeships. From discovering local opportunities by meeting organisations first-hand, through to guidance on how to apply for and make the most of an apprenticeship, the festival will cover all!
Looking to start your career in an industry or profession?
Leaving school or graduating from college but unsure what all your options are?
Want a job where you can continue learning and gain qualifications at the same time?

As well as running regular personal and professional development events the BAME Apprentice Network also offers a mentoring programme. Experienced or past apprentices can become mentors by volunteering their time to supporting junior apprentices. If you are looking to take up an apprenticeship you can reach out to us to buddy you up with a mentor to help you through the application process.
Receive guidance and support from outside of your organisation from peers and groups, take part in polls and discussions, learn from experience whilst developing skills.

The BAME Apprenticeship Awards in partnership with Pearson celebrates the outstanding work and achievement of apprentices from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic groups (BAME) and inspires BAME apprentices to reach the pinnacles of success in their field. The awards also raise the profile of determined employers and training providers who are forging paths for diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace.
We have a dedicated jobs board platform, where our employer members will be sharing their vacancies allowing those looking for new opportunities to apply. Vacancies will include new apprenticeship opportunities as well as career progression opportunities covering a wide variety of sectors.
