Closing The Diversity Gap in Apprenticeships – The BAME Apprentice Network is a Community of Black, Asian, Minority, Ethnic (BAME) Apprentices that aims to change apprenticeships’ landscape, empowering apprentices to develop personally and professionally, as well as championing change within the sector.

What we want for you ?

Build a community of budding BAME Apprentices to network, share best practice, knowledge and experience. Increase BAME Representation.

Support apprentices with their professional and personal development during and after their apprenticeship programme.

What support we offer ?

BAME Apprentice Network supports employers in becoming more ethnically diverse, equal, and inclusive. We at BAME Apprentice Network have created a specialist DEI Pledge that employers can sign up for in order to aid their DEI journey. Alongside the pledge, our team at BAME Apprentice Network provide employers with support through webinars and workshops to gain greater insight into positive practices they can put in place to meet the needs of the pledge. As part of our support for employers, our BAME Apprentice Network website consists of a specialist jobs board that allows employers to post opportunities to the BAME Apprentice Network community.
